RETAIL STORE MANAGERS
Job Description
We are searching internally and externally for Retail Managers,
We have new opportunities for those with a clear retail vision
who share our passion for our products and our commitment to
satisfying the ever changing needs of our customers. As a Retail
Manager it will be your job to create a positive customer
service focused experience.
You will play an important role in ensuring that a new shopping
experience is promoted to our customers as well as manage
continuous evaluation of the overall store performance.
Additionally, you will create an environment for rewards
innovation.
You have strong retail experience and a track record of going
the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. A strong leader,
you are energetic and enthusiastic and know how to motivate a
team. You value customer satisfaction above all else and
demonstrate a sense of responsibility to your employees,
customers and the community.
You also have the ability to effectively instill these qualities
in store staff to achieve targets and affect operational and
financial bottom lines. You are an individual who understands,
communicates and continuously raises the profile of TBS
cornerstones – Social Responsibility and Environmental programs.
